Adoptee the label which has defined my entire existence. The solitary reason I approach most things as I do today, with wild abandonment.

Oh, the benefits of wild abandonment! It is what will move me through the paces of writing a blog and launching a podcast in the future. It is a very scary initiative and a large undertaking for this woman, wife, mother, daughter, sister, niece, friend - adoptee.

The enormity of what is ahead is also why I appreciate my community of family, framily and friends. Those who are standing behind and in the wings pushing me forward when needed. Without their never ending support, I would not have the confidence necessary to put it all out there.

According to Webster, community is a unified body of individuals. I love this simple, clean, and well stated meaning of those we cherish.
