Neighbors and neighborhoods can have a life of their own. For years I lived in a culture where one really did not know their neighbors, much less the neighborhood.

Then I moved to the South, met someone, married, bought a house and became a member of the neighborhood.

Now this club membership has some unique perks such as a really knowing your neighbors and hitting the jackpot.

You see we have dogs. And when I say dogs, I mean big dogs with lots of personality. 2020 was a rough year for them in terms of life threatening injuries. They are doing great, but might be even more spoiled than they were in the past.

Super spoiled in fact, by not only us but the delivery drivers for FedEx, our mail person and our fantastic neighbors the C-Family, Jim and Dee.

We are thankful for these amazing neighbors we call friends. You see anyone who loves your fur-babies as much as you do...well they are keepers.
